The Mythic Movement trainings are portals for the journey of inner awakening as well advanced facilitation, weaving Yoga, Somatics, Non-Dual Śaiva Tantra (Kashmir Śaivism - Trika Lineage), Trauma Science and BBTRS . We believe that you can only take students as deeply as you have swam in your own practice — teaching becomes an outpouring of direct authentic experience rather than learnt and memorised doctrine.
The embodied path of Tantra brings one nowhere but here. The goal has always been exactly where one already is. It is through the vessel of the body—through its miraculous pathways of connectivity and exploration—that one can awaken to the intimacy of the present moment. The body is an archive, storing and shaping experience through tissues and cellular remembrance. Through the excavation of the inner world, one can experience the self as a micro-expression of the macrocosm—a vessel for consciousness to dance through in an unhindered, unbound expression of divine play.
Our online immersions, short courses and 300h Teacher Training are invitations to step into an authentic voice of transmission as a space holder / facilitator. Our 300h Teacher Training program is structured into three 100h modules — Mythic Awakening, Mythic Release, and Mythic Body — which can be taken individually or as a complete 300h YA Certification.

Evy Ferraro (E-RYT 500 / 2500h+) and Tye Fielding (E-RYT 500, BBTRS, Master Healer) co-founded Mythic Movement to create a school where ancient traditions meet contemporary somatic science, trauma research, and relational healing. Together, they guide students into Self discovery, seeing that facilitation and teaching cannot be separate from the inner path of Embodied awakening.
The Mythic Movement is not just a school of Yoga, but a movement aspiring to revolutionise the old paradigm of gurucentric yoga education, paving the way for a new collaborative and horizontal environment for embodied non-dual awakening and facilitation.
The face of yoga is evolving, as humans shift into a new dimension of consciousness, a deeper feminine pull into the vast hidden symmetries of existence is arising and reshaping. The evolution will be one that weaves ancient technologies and practice into current neuroscience, trauma research and relational healing
