Altar of Her
Women’s Retreat at the Healing Waters of Les Waterfall
18-24 November 2027
Bumi Cinta, Bali
Join Evy and Purnama for a 6 night/7 day Devi initiation Retreat into the Tantrik goddess traditions of Bali. Here we take the goddess off the altar of conceptualisation and feel her, sing with her, bath in her waters in ritual, prayer, offerings, creative art practices, somatics & sadhana at the healing waters of Yeh Mampeh Waterfall (Les Waterfall) in northern Bali.
Each day we will Immerse into a different deity - Sarasvati, Durga, Lalita, Kali & Lakshmi Devi. Through somatics, embodiment, mantra, ritual, prayer and inner / group process work we come into relationship with the goddess as a living, breathing, animate force of creation. We will give offerings to the land as we journey to the sacred sites, softening into the bonds of sisterhood as we re-weave the broken chords of ancestral patterns, finding our way home into harmony with the sacred mandala. We will bathe in the healing waters of Yeh Mampeh Waterfall, pilgrimage to the Hanuman Spring and water temples, learn to make traditional Balinese offerings with elders and be in prayer and devotion to the land of Mama Bali. Daily Sadhana, Embodiment journeys, voice liberation and inner process work will complete the retreat program.
Held at Bumi Cinta - meaning “Earth Love” in Indonesian - this eco-luxury sanctuary is nestled in the mountains of one of Bali’s last untouched regions, where the aliveness of the land and the depth of Balinese culture can still be deeply felt. Rooted in reverence for Mother Earth, Bumi Cinta is devoted to sustainable living, presence, and conscious community.
