These sessions will be tailored to the individual’s needs - working through specific traumas, life experiences, non-dual inquiry, self acceptance and/or practices for grounding and somatic integration. We will work together relationally, exploring blockages and unseen stories, thought patterns and beliefs (Samskaras & Vikalpas from the Tantrik perspective) that interweave through the physical, mental, and energetic layers. We will investigate together through talking, feeling, sensing and moving with the aim to access the true Self that is waiting to step into full expression and potential.

Teacher Mentorship

Stepping into the role space holder / teacher requires an ongoing internal process in which the personal journey and facilitator role cannot be separated. As facilitators, we are instruments of transmission, which is in constant need of refinement and tuning. By bringing our undigested experiences into the space-holding field, we are hindering the potential of our fullest capacity to give, and be of service to our students.

Together we will unlock aspects of self that are hindering the flow of transmission, as well as practical aspects to business / career and tools to improve your knowledge, repertoire, resilience and capacity as a teacher/space holder.
