Dance is a universal birthright moving through all forms of life, seen as a spiralling force of consciousness that moves everything towards innate blossoming. Landing all things into rightful place as it weaves & curves between matter & mystery - When this dancing spiral meets the vessel, embraced in its wonder, a rich medicine reveals itself to the body. Forces meet in unbinding intimacy of collective story & the process of emptying into honest conversation appears for the dancer to uncover more truth & embodiment of self - A place of self realisation opens for the dancer to empty to its call, it's beckoning, to go deeper, to give more, up & over to its vast expansive presence.

Holy Body is a mythopoetic & psychosomatic dance immersion born from Somatic Ecstatic Dance, an alchemical path bridging together dance, myth, psyche & somatics. This offering is a poetic fusion aimed to serve those willing to open themselves to the deep cosmic spiral moving through -

A dance training of wonder & depth, awakening the body to rhythm, sensation, eros & honesty. We let the body express, finding more of its untamed wild nature, its authentic self, connecting to our innate wholeness-

This training is not rigid or academic, it is a full body exploration & part of a larger weaving of the mystic, the seeker, the devotee within you -
A laboratory of you, part of the wide web of mystery schools, we come together to break conditioning & awaken our ability to dialogue with divine consciousness. Dance is our ally & our companion, our guide & our teacher.

When SOMATICS, STORYTELLING & DANCE emerge held by an incredible soundscape influenced by music therapy - The dance itself serves as a moving meditation from somatization, awakening us into our true nature, self-recognition, further expanding into that which is unborn & infinite. Within the dance we explore our inner resources, capacities & call upon the essence of joy & ecstasy to assist harmonious transformation. Using Somatic access points & elemental teachings we will meet the explosion of Dancing, opening to the journey of aliveness, of sensation & the fall into gravity’s embrace. The Dance will appear as it desires. Free from rules, WE DANCE endlessly for the health & abundance of our vessels. A way to come home over & over again -

This training is ideal for practitioners, guides & teachers looking for a deeper understanding of free movement & somatic intelligence as a way of healing & approach to life, a more embodied & non-dual approach to anatomy, biomechanics & Embodiment, as well as therapeutic tools as a facilitator. It will also be a deep journey of self-healing & exploration through Dance, Somatics Non-Dual Tantra philosophy & self-inquiry

THE MYTHIC MOVEMENT

Holy Body Somatic Dance module is part of The Mythic Movement school which is in service to Embodied Awakening, Somatic technology, & the alchemical path of Non-Dual Śaiva Tantra.

The Mythic Movement trainings are portals for the journey of inner awakening as well advanced facilitation, weaving Yoga, Somatics, Non-Dual Śaiva Tantra (Kashmir Śaivism - Trika Lineage), Trauma Science & BBTRS. We believe that you can only take students as deeply as you have swam in your own practice — teaching becomes an outpouring of direct authentic experience rather than learnt and memorised doctrine.

The embodied path of Tantra brings one nowhere but here. The goal has always been exactly where one already is. It is through the vessel of the body—through its miraculous pathways of connectivity and exploration—that one can awaken to the intimacy of the present moment. The body is an archive, storing & shaping experience through tissues & cellular remembrance. Through the excavation of the inner world, one can experience the self as a micro-expression of the macrocosm—a vessel for consciousness to dance through in an unhindered, unbound expression of divine play.

THE LANDSCAPE OF OUR PRACTICE

Surrounded by quiet beauty, we gather in a setting that supports depth, movement, & integration — a living field where body & imagination meet.

Set within a regenerative landscape in the heart of a protected natural park, the environment itself becomes part of the journey. Forest paths, open skies, & quiet living spaces create a field for deep listening & embodied exploration. Rooted in ecological care & connection to the land, the space invites a slower rhythm and a return to essential presence.

Here, psyche & soma meet within a living, breathing terrain.

We’ll gather in a large geodesic dome with a wooden floor for movement & practice, with accommodation in comfortable shared rooms designed for comfort & communal living.

The land includes a natural pool, gardens, & open spaces for rest between sessions. Nourishing meals are prepared daily using organic & locally grown ingredients, many from the surrounding land.
The venue operates according to ecological and regenerative principles.
