A 100h TT Module to swim in the inner landscapes of the body with Somatics (Body Mind Centering, Tom Hanna Somatics, Feldenkrais inspired), Experiential Anatomy, physiology, body systems, fascial lines, developmental pathways, embodied biomechanics and intro the art of somatic touch. This module will be an intricate dive into the body as a microcosmic expression of the macrocosm, exploring how cosmic consciousness is expressed through every organ, muscle, bone, system and cell, awakening us to the sensitivity and aliveness of this miraculous human vessel.

Tantrik philosophy points to awakening as something that happens through the dimensionality of embodiment and not transcendence. It’s through the organic pathways of connectivity and the listening to the body’s capacity to regenerate, reform and harmonise that we can learn to come into relationship with the underlying intelligence that has always existed.

Each body system moves with its own rhythm, texture, and energetic tone — a distinct ‘mind’ or quality of awareness that shapes how we experience and express ourselves. By bringing attention to a specific system, we can access its unique consciousness, which in turn opens us to the realisation that they are not separate systems, but facets of one integrated whole.

This training is ideal for teachers looking for a deeper understanding of somatic intelligence as a way of healing and approach to life, a more embodied and non-dual approach to anatomy, biomechanics and Yoga Asana, as well as therapeutic tools as a facilitator. It will also be a deep journey of self-healing & exploration through Somatics, Non-Dual Tantra philosophy and self-inquiry.​

5-6.30pm Practice (Embodied Yin / Myofascial

6.30-7 PM Finish the day with Kirtan & Sacred Sound
